This service plan includes product maintenance and a base level of support and self-training, which serves as a solid foundation to the strategic one-to-one services you receive from your partner.

Major upgrades, minor updates, and payroll tax changes (when you own the U.S. Payroll Series) are available to you. By using the latest version of Microsoft Small Business Manager, you ensure your accounting software is compatible with the rest of your system, giving you flexibility now and in the future.

Comprehensive Online Services
You receive access to a secure web site called CustomerSource, designed to enhance your productivity. With CustomerSource, you can find technical solutions on your own any time of the day, stay informed on the latest Microsoft Business Solutions news, and connect with other customers to build powerful business relationships.

A Foundation of Technical Support
Receive support from our award-winning support team so you can get back to work more quickly when you have a question.

  • With the Foundation Services Program, you receive two electronic or telephone support incidents with a three-hour guaranteed response time.
  • If you need additional support, you can purchase a five pack of support incidents with the same guaranteed response time.

A Foundation of eLearning
Training can help you be more efficient with your new solution. With the Foundation Services Program, you receive a subscription for one user to the Microsoft Small Business Manager Foundation Library. This eLearning offering provides a variety of online training sessions, a convenient way to receive education on specific topics related to your solution. With this library of training, you can pick up tips on installation and implementation, learn common processes, or review accounting basics.

You can purchase additional seats to the Foundation Library, so you can extend the productivity benefits of eLearning to all of your users.
